My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were a bit tired and lacked some expected amenities like tissues and complimentary conditioner for a 5-star place. However, the porter was quick to show me to my room. The location, while superb with its close proximity to the El Duque shopping mall, was a bit hilly for beach access. The service was hit-or-miss, with unnecessary glassware for All-Inclusive guests and some delays, but the real highlight was the pleasant and relaxed vibe around the hotel. The dining experience had its chaotic moments, especially during breakfast, and the lack of lunch options was apparent. The facilities, on the other hand, were clean and comfortable with a nice pool area. Overall, it was a decent stay with room for improvement.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms offered to us were spacious and comfortable, with nice large beds, but we ended up with two single beds pushed together instead of a double. The service was pleasant overall, but there were some lapses in communication. The location was good for us as we enjoyed the nightly walks, although mobility-challenged guests may find the hilltop location challenging.
